An automotive component manufacturer with sites worldwide requires a Quality Manager to drive quality standards and maintain a high level of automotive customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have experience as a Quality Manager in a manufacturing environment.

Package: £50,000 - £52,000 p.a. +Car allowance +Family Bupa + Bonus

Suitable for: Quality Assurance Manager, STA Manager, Supplier Quality Manager, Quality Manager, APQP Manager

The Role

Reporting to the Quality Director you will have the following duties:

-Lead the Quality Team to support the business needs and maintain full focus on the Quality Team's development.
-Drive the implementation and continuous improvements to the plant's quality management system.
-Drive Quality core tools throughout the automotive manufacturing business.

The Person

Educated to degree level in a manufacturing or engineering discipline you will have the following experience:

-Previous experience in a manufacturing environment.
-Trained in IATF16949 lead auditor preferred.
-Significant leadership experience.
