Location: Derby

Salary: £45,000-£52,000 + Monday to Friday, 40hrs (8:00am-5:00pm) + 10% Performance Bonus + Holiday + Pension (up to 10%) + Sick Pay + Company Benefits

The day-to-day responsibility for this role will be to manage the Quality department and coordinate with all staff to maintain and improve the quality culture throughout. This role will be a combination of both quality management and technical activities. The successful candidate will lead their own department and be integral to future improvements.

The Role:

1. Quality Manager/ Technical Manager
2. Managing quality systems and standards across a site.
3. Maintaining process and improvements
4. Office hours, Monday to Friday

The Person:

1. Quality Manager and/or Technical Manager
2. Senior Quality Engineer or Lead Quality Engineer or Metallurgist who are looking to progress into leadership encouraged to apply
3. Quality engineering background
4. Relevant industry knowledge - Aerospace, Automotive, Defence, or Metals or Metallurgy
5. Experience leading both internal and external audits
