Job summary

MNB Precision Ltd in Coventry is seeking a Quality Manager to lead our quality team in a precision manufacturing environment. You will drive QMS compliance and maintain ISO and API accreditation, while coordinating internal and customer audits.

The role requires a proactive, collaborative approach to continuous improvement, effective shopfloor communication, and the ability to implement best practices across production teams.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS) and quality standards.
• Experience in precision manufacturing or engineering environments.
• ISO and API understanding.
• Experience conducting internal and customer audits.
• Ability to drive quality improvements and implement best practices on the shopfloor.
• Proactive attitude with ability to work collaboratively in a team.

We are seeking a Quality Manager to head our quality team in a precision manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities for the Quality Manager

• Monitor adherence to the Quality Management System (QMS) and establish quality procedures within the quality department
• Maintain ISO and API accreditation within the business
• Conduct and oversee all internal and customer audits
• Support and initiate continuous improvement initiatives within the department
• Oversee and support any investigations within Quality

Essential Requirements for the Quality Manager

• Strong understanding of Quality Management Systems (QMS) and quality standards
• Experience within precision manufacturing or engineering environments
• ISO and API understanding
• Knowledge of CRN investigations and resolution processes
• Experience conducting internal and customer audits.
• Ability to drive quality improvements and implement best practices on the shopfloor
• Proactive attitude with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Ability to communicate quality standards effectively to production teams
