Job Description:

OMNES Education in London (OELS)

Located in the vibrant Marylebone area, OELS is seeking a motivated and highly organised new member to join our dynamic team of 12 employees.

OELS welcomes approximately 1,500 students every year and offers programmes in Business Management, Engineering, Communications, and Political Science.

We have historically acted as a study abroad campus and are now additionally planning to register with the Office for Students and develop New Degree Awarding Powers (NDAPs).

Our Mission is to Educate with Impact and our five core values are Innovation, Professionalism, Agility, Global Citizenship, and Exploration.

We are part of OMNES Education, a private multidisciplinary higher education and research group with institutions located all across Europe.

The group provides its 40,000 students the opportunity to study across a range of undergraduate and postgraduate programmes.

The Role

This full-time position (40 hours) offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a positive and forward-thinking team working in education. The successful candidate will have the following key responsibilities:

Responsible for all internal and external quality, including relationship with the Office for Students (OfS); the Higher Education Statistics Agency (HESA), including student number reporting; and the Office of the Independent Adjudicator (OIA).

Oversee programme monitoring, review, and evaluation, including coordinating external examiners. Provide internal and external compliance guidance to academic and professional staff on regulatory matters.

Manage compliance with OfS requirements following registration, including preparing documents such as committee terms of reference, memberships, and minutes. Serve as committee secretary and chair, work with others to set agendas, advise on regulations, and ensure actions are reported.

Pro-actively suggest, develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures to ensure alignment with national and OMNES Education Group standards. Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement.

Support the director with HR tasks:

  • Recruitment processes by contributing to the recruitment process, the development of role profiles, induction materials, and relevant documentation
  • Facilitate staff training and development
  • Ensure all key documents—including policies, procedures, staff and student handbooks, and guidance materials—are regularly reviewed, updated, and communicated effectively to relevant stakeholders.

This list is not exhaustive as there may be other duties and responsibilities that form part of the role.
