Working Days: Monday - Thursday

Company Overview

Our client is a leading manufacturer dedicated to producing products of exceptional quality. With a strong order book and plans for growth and expansion, they are seeking a Quality Manager to join their close-knit team.

Role & Responsibilities
  1. Leading and developing the site QMS systems to ensure compliance with ISO 9001 standards.
  2. Managing non-conformance activities, root cause analysis projects, and implementing corrective and preventive actions; providing training to staff.
  3. Overseeing customer compliance, managing customer audits, monitoring performance, and resolving issues.
  4. Applying quality tools such as FMEA, process capability studies, and SPC.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience
  1. Degree qualified in Mechanical Engineering.
  2. Experience as a Quality Manager, Senior Quality Engineer, or Quality Team Leader in manufacturing environments.
  3. Hands-on knowledge of FMEA, CAPA, RCA, and other risk management tools.
  4. Strong working knowledge of ISO 9001 standards.
