We're looking for a QA Manager to take the reins and embed a quality-first culture across the entire business. This is more than a standard QA role, it's your chance to own, lead, and drive the quality strategy from the ground up.
You'll be central in:
Raising product and service quality to meet global expectations.
Ensuring regulatory compliance (including ISO9001).
Driving continuous improvement across production, engineering, and customer support.
Leading root cause analysis and corrective action processes.
Acting as the go-to for customer inquiries related to quality and reliability.
