Quality Manager -Gloucestershire / Somerset -£45,000 -50,000

Overview:This is a great opportunity for an experienced quality/technical professional to step into a hands-on leadership role with a growing food manufacturer. If you're passionate about food safety, compliance, and being a part of something big, this could be the next step for you.

About You:

You’ve worked in a food manufacturing environment in a technical or quality leadership role. As Quality Manager, you know BRCGS and HACCP inside out, and you're confident managing audits and ensuring compliance. You’re a natural team leader — approachable, decisive, and used to working cross-functionally. You can handle customer and third-party audits and know how to dig into issues and put them right. You hold relevant qualifications in food safety and quality (e.g. HACCP L3+, Food Safety, Food Science degree).

What will you be doing?

Leading the technical and quality standards on site — the Quality Manager will be making sure everything meets standards and runs smoothly Getting the site ready for audits and taking the lead when they happen Supporting, developing, and motivating a small QA team Investigating complaints and non-conformances and driving action to improve Working closely with production, NPD, and commercial teams to maintain high standards across the board
