Qualifications

From initial design sketches to masterfully hand-finishing every piece, their home may be Birmingham, but their products are found across the globe. Committed to innovation and excellence, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Quality Manager to join our team and help us maintain and elevate our quality standards.

Job Description:

As a Quality Manager, you will oversee quality assurance and control processes within our manufacturing operations. You will play a critical role in ensuring our products meet the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols and procedures.
  2. Conduct regular quality audits and inspections to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  3. Collaborate with the team to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
  4. Lead root cause analysis and problem-solving initiatives to address quality concerns.
  5. Monitor and analyse quality performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  6. Train and mentor staff on quality standards and best practices.
  7. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and regulatory requirements.
  8. Prepare and present quality reports to senior management.
Qualifications:
  1. Minimum of 4 years of experience in quality supervision within a manufacturing environment.
  2. Some knowledge of quality management systems (QMS) and ISO standards.
  3. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  4. Proven ability to lead and manage a team.
  5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  6. Detail-oriented with a commitment to continuous improvement.
Salary, Benefits, and Working Hours:
  1. £45k - £50k per annum
  2. Monday - Thursday: 7:30am - 4:30pm
  3. Friday: 7:30am - 12:30pm
