Job summary

Vectis Recruitment is seeking a Quality Manager to lead site quality activities in a highly regulated manufacturing environment. You will oversee the quality team, drive the QMS, and ensure customer quality requirements are consistently met.

The role emphasises development of the team, data-driven decision making, and close collaboration with cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions and prevent defects. A strong background in regulated sectors and hands-on leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Experienced in a highly regulated sector (aerospace, automotive, defence, etc).
• Proven track record in a senior quality function.
• Excellent problem-solving, leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to analyse data and make data-driven decisions.
• Hands-on and engaging management approach.
• A degree in Engineering, Manufacturing or related field preferred (not essential).
• Knowledge of manufacturing techniques and business systems.

Responsibilities
