Qualifications

• Experience in highly regulated manufacturing sectors (aerospace, automotive, defence).
• Proven track record in senior quality leadership.
• Degree in Engineering/Manufacturing or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and management of the quality management system.
• Coach and develop the quality team.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and customer specifications.
• Drive continuous improvement to optimize production and reduce defects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions.
• Support QMS development and audits.
• Manage non-conforming products and supplier issues.
• Perform data analysis and prepare management reports.
• Ensure EHS and quality requirements are observed.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead the development and management of quality management system.
• Manage, coach and develop the quality team.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and customer specifications.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize production processes and reduce defects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions.
• Support the QMS development.
• Perform audits, analyse data, and prepare reports for management.
• Manage and resolve quality-related issues with customers and suppliers.
• Ensure the implementation of adequate preventive and evaluation tools.
• Manage Non-Conforming Products.
• Ensure that all specific issues regarding EHS and quality are implemented and observed.

The Person:

• Experienced working in a highly regulated sector (automotive, aerospace, etc).
• Proven track record working in a senior quality function.
• Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
• Ability to analyse data and make data-driven decisions.
• A hands on and engaging management approach.
• A degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field is preferred (not essential).
• Knowledge of manufacturing techniques and business systems
