Reporting directly to the Deputy Principal Curriculum and Quality, you will oversee quality audits, manage Awarding Body compliance, and co-lead staff development to ensure teaching standards align with Ofsted toolkits and strategic goals. If you hold a full teaching qualification, bring at least three years of FE teaching experience, and have a proven track record of driving sustained curriculum improvements, join BCoT and empower us in "Building Careers of Tomorrow"!
