Clancy is seeking a permanent Water Quality Control Manager in the UK to lead quality assurance and compliance across major utilities projects. You will develop QA plans, conduct regular inspections and audits, and manage regulatory evidence for potable water materials throughout the project lifecycle.
You will lead quality workshops, collaborate with the Construction Management Team, and produce regular quality performance reports to internal and external stakeholders.

Clancy are looking to recruit a permanent Water Quality Control Manager. This position is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong background in quality management and major utilities projects. You will play a key role in maintaining quality standards, ensuring compliance, and driving continuous improvement across the project. We’re keen to hear from people like you who make it their business to get things done.
You have experience in a similar role, within the utilities or construction sectors, and are confident in developing project quality assurance plans, carrying out inspections, audits, and managing the full quality lifecycle of complex projects.
Having knowledge of water infrastructure, pipeline construction, and relevant quality standards and procedures will be preferred in this role.
You are proactive, methodical, and capable of influencing and guiding teams to meet high quality and compliance standards.
A relevant vocational qualification in construction, quality, or a related field is required, and any certifications in quality auditing or health & safety are highly desirable. Strong leadership, organisational and communication skills will help you thrive in this.
