Job summary

New Resource Group is seeking an experienced Quality Manager to lead the development, implementation and continual improvement of the Quality Management System. You will ensure compliance with quality standards, regulatory requirements and customer expectations, and maintain QMS documentation.

The role covers internal and external audits, CAPA management, data analysis to drive improvements, risk assessment and control of changes, plus training and cross-functional collaboration to raise quality

Qualifications

  • Degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Business Administration or a related discipline.
  • Experience working within a Quality Management Systems environment.
  • Strong knowledge of internal auditing, CAPA and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Experience of risk management, quality documentation and regulatory compliance.
  • Excellent analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Knowledge of quality standards within a regulated manufacturing or engineering environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development, implementation and continual improvement of the Quality Management System (QMS).
  • Ensure compliance with applicable quality standards, regulatory requirements and customer expectations.
  • Maintain and control QMS documentation, policies, procedures and work instructions.
  • Plan, conduct and support internal and external quality audits.
  • Monitor audit findings and drive timely corrective actions.
  • Manage the CAPA process from investigation through to closure.
  • Analyse quality data to identify trends and opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions.
  • Establish and monitor Quality KPIs, reporting performance to key stakeholders.
  • Implement risk management processes to identify and mitigate quality risks.
  • Manage controlled changes to the QMS.
  • Support supplier quality management and monitor supplier performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve business processes and quality performance.
  • Develop and deliver QMS training across the organisation.
  • Act as the quality representative during customer, regulatory and certification audits.
  • Ensure accurate document control and quality record management.
  • Promote quality best practice and a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Support customer feedback analysis to drive service and product improvements.
  • Maintain awareness of evolving industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide technical guidance on quality processes and compliance activities.
