Job summary

Millbank Holdings Ltd is seeking a Quality Management Lead to oversee the full project lifecycle across design, procurement, manufacturing, testing, shipping, construction, and commissioning, ensuring compliance with client quality requirements in defence contexts.

You will lead a team of quality professionals, drive investigations into non-conformities, support audits, and develop Inspection and Test Plans and Project Quality Plans, delivering precision and excellence in a highly regulated

Qualifications

Proven experience in QA/QC within civil nuclear or defence industries.
Lead Auditor qualifications for ISO 9001 and support for third-party audits.
Experience leading teams in regulated environments and delivering on complex projects.
Strong analytical, negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
Ability to develop and implement quality procedures, work instructions, and inspection/test plans.
CQI membership preferred; SC clearance or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

Oversee full project lifecycle ensuring client quality requirements compliance.
Manage a team of quality professionals and lead investigations into non-conformities.
Support client and third-party audits.
Develop project quality documentation including Inspection and Test Plans and Project Quality Plans.
Drive continuous improvement and maintain stakeholder relationships.
