Job summary

Millbank Holdings Ltd is seeking a Quality Management Lead to drive quality across the full project lifecycle in high-profile defence and nuclear sectors. Lead audits, develop ITPs and PQPs, and manage a team to ensure stringent safety and compliance standards are met.

The role requires proven QA/Control experience in regulated environments, strong analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate with clients and third parties to deliver complex projects on time and within scope.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Quality Assurance/Control within the civil nuclear or defence industries.
• Extensive knowledge of ISO 9001 standards, with Lead Auditor qualifications and supporting third-party audits.
• Demonstrable leadership skills in regulated environments, with a track record of delivering results on complex projects.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with excellent negotiating and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to develop and implement quality procedures, work instructions, and inspection/test plans.
• Membership with the Chartered Quality Institute (CQI) preferred, and current SC clearance or the ability to obtain it.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the full project lifecycle, ensuring compliance with client quality requirements across design, procurement, manufacturing, testing, shipping, construction, and commissioning phases.
• Manage a team of quality professionals, lead investigations into non-conformities, support client and third-party audits, and develop project quality documentation including Inspection and Test Plans and Project Quality Plans.
• Engage in quality assurance activities, monitor audit findings, drive continuous improvement, and maintain effective stakeholder relationships.
