Job summary

A London-based technology infrastructure and data centre delivery organisation is seeking an experienced Quality Manager to lead and embed quality standards across its project portfolio.

The role combines office-based QA management with site visits, audits and continuous improvement across multiple projects, reporting into the technical leadership team and coordinating with clients and subcontractors.

Qualifications

• Extensive QA/QC experience in tech infra, data centres, or ICT environments.
• Experience implementing ISO 9001 or equivalent quality systems.
• Proven ability to plan audits, inspections and drive corrective actions.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence senior teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and maintain quality standards, policies and procedures.
• Lead independent quality audits and site inspections across projects.
• Support design, delivery, testing, handover and close-out with quality input.
• Produce quality reports and manage quality documentation for governance.
• Travel regularly across the UK and occasionally internationally to client sites.
