Job summary

White Label Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Quality Lead for a well-established manufacturing business in Keighley. The role is predominantly quality-focused (about 72%), with responsibilities spanning Health & Safety and Environmental systems.

A background as a Quality Engineer, Senior Quality Engineer or Quality Manager with people management is ideal. The position offers a four-day working week (Mon-Thu), a direct reporting line to the CEO, and quality systems that require ongoing development

Qualifications

• Quality Assurance experience within an ISO 9001 manufacturing environment.
• Previous experience managing, supervising or mentoring people.
• Knowledge of PPAP and PFMEA.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 systems.
• Manage internal audits and support external approvals.
• Coordinate PPAP and PFMEA activities.
• Manage non-conformances, 8D investigations and corrective actions.
• Support customer complaints and supplier quality issues.
• Develop SPC and process capability techniques.
• Support inspection and measurement activities as required.
• Work with Operations to develop and monitor quality KPIs.
• Manage and support the existing Quality team.
• Coordinate Health & Safety and Environmental requirements.
