Babcock is seeking a Quality Lead for its Rosyth site to build and lead the quality function on a major international shipbuilding programme. You will establish governance, assurance, and compliance processes across UK and overseas operations, while guiding suppliers and delivery teams toward excellence.

As a Quality Lead, you'll have a role that out of the ordinary. You'll have a rare opportunity to build and lead the quality function for a complex international shipbuilding programme. This is a highly influential role where you'll establish quality governance, assurance frameworks, and compliance processes that support successful programme delivery across both the United Kingdom and overseas operations.

The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain Security Check (SC) security clearance for this role.
