The role

The Quality Assurance Lead will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality in ICT. You will be developing and implementing quality control measures, conducting audits and collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.

You will be responsible for implementing the team’s work areas as directed by the Director of ICT & Digital Services, ensuring that a continuously improving and effective professional service to our customers. The successful candidate will coach and develop the team and identifying areas for improvement and work within the ICT Team to implement effective solutions, utilising relevant frameworks.

About You

A Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field whilst holding a relevant certification in Quality Management is essential for this role.

We are looking for someone with proven experience as a Quality Leader, or a similar role in an ICT setting, preferably within the housing or public sector. You will have demonstratable experience in developing and implementing quality assurance policies and procedures, with a strong understanding of quality assurance methodologies and industry standards.
