Job summary

Sika UK is looking for a Laboratory Technician to support product certifications and assist the site Quality Manager. Based in Redditch, you will contribute to Quality 4.0 initiatives, perform testing to ISO standards, and carry out QA activities on site alongside the UK Quality team.

You will join a diverse group with a commitment to improving manufacturing quality and be provided with induction and training, with opportunities for professional development and growth within the business.

Qualifications

• Experience of working in a laboratory/operations environment (essential)
• A proactive approach to EHS (essential)
• Ability to multi-task, prioritise work under pressure and be able to work unsupervised (essential)
• Experience of using MS Office (essential)
• Experience of using SAP (desirable)
• Good interpersonal skills – able to form good working relationships with other departments

Responsibilities

• Conduct testing to ISO standards to support Sika certifications.
• Conduct QA activities on site.
