HRGO Recruitment is seeking a Quality Controller for a busy client in Castle Cary. Work in a quality-focused laboratory, ensuring chemical quality through extractions and sampling of raw materials to maintain brand and GMP/GHP standards.

Temporary role with potential permanent opportunity, 40 hours weekly on rotating shifts (6am-2pm and 12pm-8pm). £13.52 per hour with overtime. Driving license required due to location.

Competenze

• Experience in quality control laboratory environment.
• Ability to perform chemical analysis and sampling.
• Familiarity with GMP/GHP cleaning practices.

Mansioni

• Daily analysis preparation
• Preparation of Chemical dilutions
• Registration of Raw Material Receptions via Software Systems
• Sampling of Raw Material Receptions
• Chemical Analysis of Raw Materials
• NIR Analysis for Raw Materials
• Adherence to GMP/GHP cleaning practices within the Laboratory and relevant areas
• Periodical Chemical Ring Test participation
• Maintain and update Equipment and Raw Material Control Charts
• Provide End of Shift Report (Daily – Late Shift)
• Stock and Inventory monitoring
• Raw Material and Finished Product Sample Room Management
