Job summary

WatchHouse Coffee House Holding Limited is seeking a Production Kitchen Assistant to support production kitchens with high-quality savory breakfast and lunch items for delivery to our Houses. You will focus on recipe accuracy, product presentation, and maintaining safety and cleanliness across the kitchen.

You will report to the Kitchen Supervisor and Kitchen Lead, working across shifts to ensure consistent, high-quality output and adherence to food safety standards in a busy, hands-on

Qualifications

• Level 2 Food Hygiene certification and HACCP knowledge.
• Ability to implement and manage food safety practices.
• Attention to detail to ensure recipe and product specification.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to work at pace within a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare sandwich fillings, wash and chop vegetables.
• Prepare various savoury items, sandwiches and wraps per daily orders.
• Follow recipe specifications including weights and presentation.
• Maintain product quality and consistency across lines.
• Address quality issues and elevate as needed.
• Complete Trail tasks to ensure food safety compliance when required.
• Ensure correct storage and labelling of all ingredients.
• Assist in storage of deliveries and packing of finished products.
• Maintain a clean, orderly workspace and follow hygiene SOPs.
