A leading company in fabrication is seeking Quality Inspectors for a night shift role at A&P Tyne. The inspectors will examine welds and compile reports to ensure project quality and compliance. Quality Inspectors, Fabrication A&P Tyne, Nightshift
We’re working at a pace through a new 12 month project that is both challenging and demanding so we’re looking for more Quality Inspectors to join our team at A&P Tyne.
CSWIP, Structural and NDE (MPI & DPI)) Inspectors who can examine our welded components on multiple occasions during the project and then compile reports.
You’ll be inspecting welds for flaws that could compromise the integrity or performance of what we make so that we deliver quality projects to our customers.
Who are A&P Tyne?
With the largest fabrication facilities on the East coast of England, we can built units for vessels, and also joining them together.
Within our 24,000 square metre Fabrication Hall, where your projects will be based, we have a high bay construction hall for our new builds, a panel line, profile cutting and sub-assembly areas.
Using in-house capabilities to maintain tight project control we work closely together with our customers to deliver what they need, as they need it, when they need it.

Due to the nature of what we do for some of the customers that we work with, some roles working for A&P are subject to security control restrictions. These restrictions mean that factors including your nationality, any previous nationalities you have held, and your place of birth may limit those roles you can perform with us.
You must also undergo a Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) check before your employment starts, which will include a basic DBS check.
