Are you a Quality Inspector from a manufacturing background looking to progress your career into a Quality Engineer position, for a long-standing and prestigious company who will invest into your development through continuous training on Six Sigma and quality processes?

In this role you will be dealing with customer quality issues, handling NPIs and visual inspections on the shop floor, and getting involved in internal audits. There will be continuous training by shadowing the Operations Director, allowing you to flourish as a skilled Quality Engineer.

Established 30 years ago, this manufacturing company boasts a portfolio of over 1000 products being supplied into industries ranging from aerospace to medical. Supplying globally, they pride themselves on their expertise in their niche sector, with their high-quality being paramount to their success.

This role would suit a Quality Inspector or similar from a manufacturing background, who wants to progress into an Engineer position within a company that values their personal development with continuous training.

The Role:

• Conducting visual inspections, on the shop floor working hands-on
• Handling customer quality issues and using Six Sigma
• Internal training provided on quality standards and auditing
• Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours a week, flexitime
