Job summary

Proman is recruiting a Quality Inspector in Stoke-on-Trent (ST10 2JU) offering £13.40 per hour with immediate starts. You will inspect construction equipment and components to ensure they meet quality standards before reaching customers.

The role involves visual and functional inspections, identifying defects, recording findings, and using hand and power tools. Training is provided and flexibility across shifts is required.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in quality inspection, manufacturing, production, engineering or rework environments
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards
• Experience using hand and power tools
• Flexibility to work a range of shifts
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Responsibilities

• Carrying out detailed visual and functional inspections
• Identifying defects and completing rework activities in line with technical instructions
• Recording inspection findings accurately
• Following quality processes and operating procedures
• Using hand and power tools safely and effectively
• Supporting production teams to achieve quality and customer requirements
• Travelling to other company locations when business needs require
