£35,000 - £45,000 + Training + Progression to Management + Christmas Bonus + Profit Share + Optional 4 Day Week

Are you a Quality Inspector with a background in engineering looking to join a tight knit company which will offer you extensive training, progression into Management and 2 bonuses?

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct thorough inspections of products and processes to ensure compliance with quality standards.
2. Identify and document defects and non-conformance issues.
3. Collaborate with engineering and production teams to implement corrective actions.
4. Maintain accurate records of inspections and quality metrics.

Qualifications:

1. Proven experience as a Quality Inspector in an engineering environment.
2. Strong understanding of quality control standards and methodologies.
3. Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
