Caterpillar Peterlee is seeking a Quality Inspector (BIQ) to join a modern, well-equipped site in Peterlee. The role requires MIG welding experience and an NVQ Level 3, with a 3-shift pattern including days, backs and nights.

Pay starts at £20.33 per hour with overtime rates up to £40.66 and monthly bonuses. Benefits include paid holidays, on-site gym, free parking and training, with potential permanent placement.

Rate: £20.33 (up to £40.66) plus regular overtime and monthly bonuses

With strong MIG welding experience and NVQ (or equivalent) Level 3, you would be ideally suited to this position with the ability to work a 3 shift pattern and an eye for detail.

Pay Rate and Working Hours:

• 36.5 hours per week
• £20.33 per hour day shift
• £24.40 per hour afternoon shift
• £27.45 per hour night shift
• £30.50 per hour overtime Monday to Saturday
• £40.66 per hour overtime Sundays

Shifts:

• Days: Monday - Thursday, 08:00 - 16:00. Friday, 08:00 - 12:30
• Back shift: Monday - Thursday, 16:00 - 00:00. Friday, 12:30 - 17:00
• Night shift: Monday - Thursday, 00:00 - 08:00. Friday, 17:00 - 21:30

About you:
