Quality Inspector Salary £22-27 per hour (inc shift)

Committed to the highest quality standards, they seek a skilled and detail-oriented Quality Inspector to join their night shift team.

Quality Inspector Key Responsibilities

1. Perform First Offs, In-Process, Goods Inwards, and Final Inspections
2. Use hand tools for manual inspection and operate an in-house MRP system to document findings
3. Prepare and carry out FAIRs (First Article Inspection Reports)
4. Ensure compliance with Quality Assurance systems and support continuous improvement initiatives
5. Maintain a safe and organized workplace

Quality Inspector Skills & Experience

1. Experience in FAIR creation and completion to AS9102 standards
2. Strong ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
3. Good understanding of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing)
4. Background in Inspection and/or Surface Treatments
