Job summary

Moog Controls Ltd. in Tewkesbury is seeking a Quality Inspector to perform dimensional inspection of precision aerospace components using CMMs.

You will develop and run CMM programs (Mitutoyo/Aberlink) and inspect parts with micrometers, verniers, and height gauges to ensure compliance with aerospace standards. The role requires reading and interpreting engineering drawings and tolerances with high accuracy, reporting results, and contributing to AS9102 FAI processes where applicable.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in aerospace or precision engineering inspection.
  • Strong background in CMM programming (Mitutoyo or Aberlink required).
  • Competent in using standard inspection and metrology tools.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and tolerances.
  • Desirable experience compiling First Article Inspection (FAI) reports (AS9102).

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities
