Quality Inspector

Monday to Friday. Days.

Quality Inspector sought for a market leading manufacturer, to ensure the highest technical and product standards of high value products. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to advance their career in manufacturing and quality control.

You will play a key role in ensuring that products meet the highest standards of quality. You will work closely with production teams to inspect, monitor and maintain quality throughout the manufacturing process.

The Role:

  • Inspect and test materials, components and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards
  • Use measuring equipment such as callipers, micrometres, and gauges to carry out detailed inspections
  • Identify defects or non-conformities and report them to the appropriate departments
  • Document and maintain detailed reports of inspections and test results
  • Work closely with production and engineering teams to resolve quality issues
  • Assist in the development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives

The Person:

  • Experience in a similar role within a manufacturing environment; automotive experience would be advantageous but not essential
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to spot defects or deviations from specifications
  • Proficiency in using inspection tools and measuring equipment
  • Knowledge of quality standards and industry best practices
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team
