Overview

Quality Inspector – Are you an experienced Quality Inspector looking for career progression opportunities? Do you want to join a well-established, innovative, and quality-driven business? Due to continued expansion, we are excited to recruit an experienced Quality Inspector to join our client's forward-thinking organisation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and uphold quality standards by ensuring all products and processes comply with agreed specifications.
  • Conduct thorough inspections throughout the production process, including incoming goods, in-process production, and final product checks.
  • Collaborate with the Quality & Continuous Improvement Manager to support quality investigations and identify areas for process improvement.
  • Identify, raise, and investigate quality concerns (QCs), documenting faulty stock items accurately.
  • Liaise with sales and other departments to resolve missing or conflicting specification information.
  • Complete and maintain accurate inspection documentation and reports.
  • Analyse, store, and display test results in compliance with company procedures.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment.
  • Hands-on experience working on a production line or shop floor.
  • Proficiency in operating standard measuring devices and inspection equipment.
  • Basic computer skills for data entry and documentation.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise across teams.
  • Strong attention to detail and keen observational skills.
  • Ability to operate technical equipment confidently and accurately.
