Job title: Quality Inspector

Location: Nottingham

Job type: Temp-Perm

Working hours: 6am - 2pm and 10am - 6pm rotating

Rate: GBP14.50ph

AMLR is working in partnership with a reputable engineering company that is currently recruiting for a skilled, reliable, and time-served quality inspector to join their team.

The company specializes in the world's longest-established supplier of compression tooling in the pharmaceutical sector.

Due to the nature of the market, all candidates must be UK residents and subject to a DBS check.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • CMM inspection, preferably Mitutoyo
  • Inspection using hand-held equipment such as gauges, verniers, and micrometers
  • Use inspection software, produce reports, and raise NCRs
  • In-process and visual inspection
  • Read work instructions and drawings
  • Industry knowledge

Qualifications and Skills:

An Apprenticeship or equivalent City & Guilds qualification is desirable.

Minimum 3 years of inspection experience.
