W Talent is proud to be partnering with Turbine Surface Technologies in their search to boost their Inspection department by recruiting several Quality Inspectors to join their highly skilled, dynamic, and forward-thinking team located at the Nottingham site NG15 0DR. The Role: Quality Inspector

As a Quality Inspector, you will be working 3 on 3 off, days and nights where you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the highest standards of quality assurance across our operations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Conduct detailed inspections of products, ensuring compliance with technical and safety standards.
2. Perform first-off, in-process, and final inspections to maintain product integrity.
3. Identify and report non-conformities, working closely with engineering and production teams to implement corrective actions.
4. Use a range of measuring tools and techniques to assess product specifications and tolerances.
5. Maintain accurate records and reports, supporting audits and continuous improvement initiatives.
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive quality excellence and operational efficiency.

Key Requirements

1. Previous experience in a quality inspection role within a manufacturing, engineering, or aerospace environment.
2. Strong knowledge of quality standards and processes.
3. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
4. Proficiency in using precision measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, gauges, CMMs).
5. Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
6. A proactive and adaptable approach to working in a fast-paced environment.
