Quality Inspector Role

The Quality Inspector will be part of the manufacturing team, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. Responsibilities include first off and final inspections, providing feedback to the machine shop, and reporting to customers.

Working Hours:

• Early shift: 06:00 – 14:30, Monday to Thursday; 06:00 – 13:30, Friday
• Late shift: 14:00 – 22:00, Monday to Thursday; 13:00 – 20:00, Friday

Requirements:

• Experienced Quality Inspector in a fast-paced environment, preferably within precision engineering CNC milling and turning industries such as Motorsport, Automotive, or Aerospace
• Strong knowledge of manual inspection techniques and equipment
• Experience with CMMs, with Mitutoyo MCOSMOS preferred but not essential
• Excellent communication skills and PC literacy
• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely with operators and engineers
• Ability to work efficiently to deadlines
• Good understanding of ISO standards
• Knowledge of machining practices
