Job description

Quality Inspector Job Description

The Quality Inspector will be part of the manufacturing team, ensuring a smooth and efficient production process. Responsibilities include first-off and final inspections, providing machine shop feedback, and customer reporting.

Working Hours

Early Shift: 06:00 – 14:30, Monday to Thursday; 06:00 – 13:30, Friday

Late Shift: 14:00 – 22:00, Monday to Thursday; 13:00 – 20:00, Friday

Requirements

1. Experience as a Quality Inspector in a fast-paced environment, preferably within precision engineering sectors such as Motorsport, Automotive, or Aerospace.
2. Strong knowledge of manual inspection techniques and equipment.
3. Experience with CMMs; Mitutoyo MCOSMOS experience is preferred but not essential.
4. Excellent communication skills and PC literacy.
5. Ability to communicate clearly and concisely with operators and engineers.
6. Ability to work efficiently under deadlines.
7. Good understanding of ISO standards.
8. Knowledge of machining practices.
