Job summary

A leading automotive manufacturer in Witham is looking for a Quality Inspector to ensure carbon fibre and machined components meet strict specifications. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in quality inspection within manufacturing, excellent attention to detail, and strong communication skills. This is a full-time, permanent position with standard hours of 8am to 4:30pm, Monday to Friday.

• Reliable and able to work independently.

Overview

Are you passionate about manufacturing and quality? Our client, a leading automotive interior component manufacturer in Witham, specialising in carbon fibre and machined parts for high-performance vehicles, are looking for a Quality Inspector to join their team.

The hours for the role are 8am to 4.30pm Monday to Friday.

What You'll Do

• Final inspection of carbon fibre and machined components, ensuring they meet stringent customer specifications before dispatch.
• Play a key role in maintaining the high standards our clients expect.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect automotive interior components for quality, accuracy, and finish
• Verify products against customer drawings/specifications
• Document and report inspection results
• Work closely with production and dispatch teams to maintain smooth work flow

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in a quality inspection role, preferably within automotive or manufacturing
• Keen eye for detail and excellent understanding of technical drawings
• Good communication and reporting skills
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently

This is a permanent role subject to you passing a 13 week probation.
