Our client, based in Buckinghamshire, manufactures high-precision CNC components in a wide range of metals and plastics. They supply across various industry sectors including Motorsport, Automotive, and Industrial.

Due to continued growth, they are now looking to expand their quality team with an experienced Quality Inspector. The successful candidate will play an integral role in the daily activities of the manufacturing team, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. Responsibilities include first-off and final inspections, providing feedback to the machine shop, and customer reporting. Additionally, you may support the Quality Manager in maintaining the Quality Management System to ensure compliance with ISO standards.

Skills and Experience Required:

• Experienced Quality Inspector in a fast-paced environment, preferably within precision engineering CNC milling and turning industries such as Motorsport, Automotive, or Aerospace.
• Excellent knowledge of manual inspection techniques and equipment.
• Experienced CMM user – Mitutoyo MCOSMOS preferred, but not essential.
• Excellent communication skills and PC literacy.
• Ability to relay clear and concise feedback to operators and engineers.
• Ability to work efficiently to deadlines.
• Good working knowledge of ISO standards.
• Understanding of machining practices.
