Key Responsibilities of Quality Inspector

  2. Conduct incoming part inspections and in-process checks, including integration with base vehicle models.
  3. Oversee rectification work and ensure completed repairs meet required standards.
  4. Accurately record quality issues, provide clear problem statements, and log defects in the internal reporting system.
  5. Collaborate with production, quality, and logistics teams to resolve issues and support continuous improvement.
  6. Contribute to health and safety practices, risk assessments, and workplace standards.

What We're Looking For in a Quality Inspector
  1. Experience in a production, manufacturing, or bespoke build environment.
  2. Strong communication skills and ability to make decisions under pressure.
  3. Familiarity with quality processes, inspection tools, and reporting systems.
  4. Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
  5. Good understanding of technical drawings, trim, and assembly processes.
  6. Computer literacy, especially in Microsoft Office tools.
  7. Full, clean UK driving licence (product driving licence desirable or willingness to obtain).

Qualifications
  1. NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in a relevant field.
  2. Willingness to undertake additional training in inspection standards and vehicle evaluation.

This is a hands-on role ideal for someone with a passion for precision, craftsmanship, and delivering to the highest standards in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment.
