Job Title: Quality Inspector - Goods Inwards Inspector
Location: Ripley
Position: Permanent
Basic salary: DOE / below
£14 per hour
£16.97 per hour
£18.56 per hour
Hours: Monday-Thursday (7.30am-4.30pm) and Fridays (7.30am-2pm)
Contracted hours per week: 39hrs
Holidays/Benefits: 33 days, 13 weeks company sick pay, 4% pension contribution.
We now require a Quality Inspector to join the goods inwards inspection department.
The Goods-in Inspector is responsible for the inspection, verification, and documentation of all incoming materials, components, and parts to ensure they meet quality, specification, and compliance standards before being accepted into stock or released to manufacturing. This role is critical in maintaining product quality, supplier compliance, and production efficiency.
Working in a modern, purpose-built manufacturing facility for a high-end precision engineering business.
Location: Commutable from Ripley, Heanor, Alfreton, Nottingham, and surrounding areas
