Job description

Quality Inspector

Brierley Hill

7:00am – 4:00pm Monday to Friday

£12.50 – £14.00 per hour (depending on experience)


We are currently seeking an experienced Quality Inspector to join a busy manufacturing company based in Brierley Hill. This is a full-time, long-term opportunity for someone with a strong background in quality control within a manufacturing environment.


Key Responsibilities:
  1. Inspecting components and finished products to ensure they meet specified standards
  2. Using a range of inspection tools including callipers, micrometres, and gauges
  3. Reading and interpreting technical drawings
  4. Identifying and reporting quality issues or non-conformances
  5. Completing accurate inspection reports and maintaining quality records
  6. Working closely with the production team to ensure consistent quality

Requirements:
  1. Previous experience in a quality inspection role within manufacturing
  2. Confident using manual measuring equipment
  3. Good understanding of technical drawings and specifications
  4. Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  5. Reliable and proactive attitude
