Job Title: Quality Inspector Trainee

Company: Based in South Essex, you will be joining a well-known precision engineering company specializing in the manufacture of parts for industries such as motorsport, automotive, aerospace, and more. Due to large expansion, the company is now looking for an experienced manufacturing professional or similar who is interested in training as a Quality Inspector to join their team.

This is a varied role with opportunities to progress your career within a fast-paced, quality-driven environment.

Essential duties and responsibilities:

1. Reading blueprints, drawings, and specifications for projects and bespoke work
2. Inspecting, testing, or measuring materials or products being produced
3. Using inspection equipment including handheld and electronic tools such as CMMs, callipers, gauges, and micrometers
4. Accepting or rejecting finished work
5. Collaborating with the engineering team to understand project specifications and quality standards
6. Adhering to health and safety processes and regulations

Additional duties may be required as part of the role.
