MANE are currently recruiting for a Quality Inspector for our Aerospace Interiors client based in Cambridge.

Job Details

The Quality Inspector is responsible for ensuring that all products meet the required specifications, materials, and customer-agreed standards. As a Quality Inspector, you will be supporting various departments within the business and ensuring that products comply with relevant design data and specifications. Additionally, the Inspector is responsible for releasing conforming products with the correct documentation and information.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Approve products based on drawings and customer-supplied documentation.
  2. Experience using measuring equipment such as verniers, calipers, and micrometers.
  3. Provide guidance and support to internal teams regarding product conformance.
  4. Work independently or collaboratively to maximize the efficiency of inspection resources.
  5. Accurately record non-conforming products to assist Quality Assurance Engineers.
  6. Conduct internal audits across different departments.
  7. Understand and apply the FAIR process in accordance with AS9102.
