Masterson Staffing has teamed up with our valued client to hire for an Inspection role located in Cambridge, MN. This is a temp-to-hire position with a growing company looking to hire dedicated workers.

Pay: Hourly Wage of $17.00/hr

Schedule: 7:00 am - 3:30 pm

Days of the week scheduled: Mon - Fri

Job Requirements:

• Must be able to stand the entire shift
• Have attention to detail
• Good Communication skills
• Teamwork

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Inspecting parts
• Notice small defects in parts

Job Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Must be able to perform simple shop math.

Physical Demands:

• Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds
• Job requires frequent pulling, twisting, bending, reaching, crouching, and lifting.
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time.

Personal Protective Equipment:

• Safety glasses with side shields are required at all times
• Gloves may need to worn for some production processes

Work Environment:

• Work is performed in a production setting where one is exposed to noise, fumes, heat, and cold
• May work at different workstations as production needs require, or shift from one station to another, during production process
