Job summary

elix Sourcing Solutions is seeking a Quality Inspector in Bingley, England to join a multi-site manufacturing group. You will inspect manufactured products and support the quality team to ensure standards across defence, energy and aerospace sectors are met.

The role runs Monday–Thursday, 08:30–17:00 and Friday 08:30–13:00 with overtime, training, progression and an early Friday finish as part of a supportive development path.

Qualifications

• Inspection experience within a precision engineering or manufacturing environment.
• Keen to enhance your skills and progress in quality roles.
• Able to commute to Bingley

Responsibilities

• Inspect a range of manufactured products for defence, energy and aerospace sectors.
• Maintain the quality management system and assist investigations.

Are you a quality inspector with a background in manufacturing or precision engineering looking to secure your next long term challenge? Do you want to join a leading group who are offering flexible working hours and first class training & development?

Due to continued growth, my client is looking for a quality inspector to join the team working out of their state of the art facility near Bingley. The successful applicant will become a key problem solver within the business and will play a vital role in investigations within the team to ensure that all company, customer and industry standards are being met while the business continues to expand. You will be responsible for maintaining the company’s quality management system and will be given the opportunity to move into more senior roles within the business offering the chance to enhance your skills. This role will offer exposure to a variety of quality standards such as ISO9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and more, you will be working with bespoke and interesting products servicing the marine, energy and defence markets.

This is an excellent opportunity within a multisite, successful manufacturer who are at the fore front of their sector that are continuing to expand in every department. You will be joining a growing, loyal and experienced CNC & production team within a company who pride themselves on staff retention and development.
