Quality, Health, Safety & Environment (QHSE) Manager - Head office based (Hybrid 2 days from home) - South Hampshire

Our client is a highly regarded international MedTech company that has been developing and manufacturing medical devices a broad range of 'best-in-class' therapeutic specialties and have ambitious growth plans for the next few years.

This is an excellent time to join a dynamic business as a Quality, Health, Safety & Environment (QHSE) Manager

Key responsibilities include :

• Co-ordinating and administering IMS - Quality, Environmental & Health Safety Systems
• Assisting and co-ordinating the site management of the companies UK Head Office and Service Support Centres
• liaising internally with external support specialists/advisors to communicate requirements of IMS and deliver associated training and awareness programmes
• Co-ordinating required actions to ensure regulatory compliance including those related to management of waste stream and compliance scheme reporting
• With external technical guidance administering environmental assessments across the UK range of activities.
• To undertake Induction training in relation to QMS/EMS/H&S for new starters using induction material.
• Auditing

Ideally previous experience working in a similar role in the Healthcare or similar industry, and be able to demonstrate the following skills:

• Quality, Environmental and Safety experience in a regulated industry, ideally medical devices, however open to other industries
• ISO13485 experience
• ISO9001 & ISO14001 experience would be beneficial
• Medical device auditing experience would be highly beneficial

Salary is negotiable and dependent on experience, but an excellent bonus benefits package will also be offered.
