Quality, Health, Safety and Environment Advisor | Warwick - Region Based Travel | ~£44,000 + £6,000 Car Allowance

If so, we have an exciting opportunity for a Quality, Health, Safety and Environment Advisor at a leading international partner of global commerce. In this role, you'll have the chance to significantly impact safety culture within a global organization committed to innovation and sustainability.

Responsibilities of the Health, Safety and Environmental Advisor:

  1. Safety Culture & Engagement: Create an engaging safety environment across the company's South England operations.
  2. Accident Prevention & Culture Building: Lead incident investigations, compile reports, and implement safety improvements while fostering a safety-first culture.
  3. Risk Assessments & Compliance: Conduct and review risk assessments, ensuring compliance with ISO 9001 and other relevant safety standards.
  4. Training & Upskilling: Support teams in understanding safety processes, empowering them to report and adhere to safety protocols.

Candidate Profile:

  • Experience: 2-5 years in health and safety roles.
  • Mindset: Proactive, engaging, and passionate about safety culture.
  • Skills: Strong communication skills, personable, confident in workplace interactions.
  • Qualifications: NEBOSH diploma level or equivalent (support available if not yet qualified).
