Description: We are hiring three permanent Quality Executives for various locations including Peterborough / Cambridge, Portsmouth / Bournemouth / Southampton, and London.

About the role: Based from home, the Quality team covers England, Scotland, and Wales. Responsibilities include ensuring high-quality draught serves, repairing and installing draught equipment, and completing planned visits to outlets to maximize visibility and brand advocacy. The role involves working in a dynamic environment with a team of 8-14 members.

Key Accountabilities:

• Achieve KPI targets for the territory.
• Adhere to all processes including data capture and asset management.
• Complete reactive technical work on draught equipment.
• Manage operational aspects of key events, including setup of mobile and onsite equipment.
• Proactively visit outlets to ensure quality standards, brand visibility, and sales drivers are maintained.

About you:

• Passion for the On Trade channel.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and digital proficiency.

• Technical dispense experience is valuable but training will be provided.
• You must have the right to work in the UK, be over 21, hold a full, clean driving license, and have at least 1 year of active driving experience.
