We have an exciting opportunity for a Quality, Environmental, Health & Safety (QEH&S) professional to join our team at the Bailey's site in Mallusk or Belfast. As the world's top-selling liqueur brand, our work here is significant. We produce and bottle 8.9 million cases annually, and Baileys is a proud B Corp member, committed to sustainability.

About the Role

This role involves leading QEH&S efforts to protect people, brands, and reputation, and to contribute to Diageo’s Society 2030 ambitions, including sustainability goals.

Key responsibilities include:

1. Crafting and implementing a site-wide QEH&S strategy
2. Ensuring compliance with ISO standards (ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 50001), IPPC License, and relevant legislation
3. Fostering a culture that integrates QEH&S into daily operations
4. Mentoring the QEH&S team and influencing across departments
5. Engaging with the global QEH&S community for best practices

About You

You should have significant operational QEH&S leadership experience in a FMCG manufacturing environment, with:

1. Experience in process manufacturing environments
2. Flexibility to work independently and as part of a team
3. Strong influencing skills
4. Data-driven decision-making abilities
5. Excellent interpersonal communication skills
