Job summary

Elix Sourcing Solutions Limited is seeking a motivated Quality Inspector ready to step up to a Quality Engineer role in Buckingham. You''ll move from shop-floor inspection into root-cause analysis, process redesign, and compliance training under mentorship.

You''ll split time between the engineering office and manufacturing floor, gaining hands-on experience with high-spec testing and ISO QMS. The role offers private healthcare, 25 days holiday, and structured mentorship with day shifts Monday

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience inspecting precision components in regulated environments.
• Able to read engineering drawings and use precision measuring equipment.

Responsibilities

• Practical Shop-Floor Inspection: inspect components, measure tight tolerances, work with technicians.
• Hands-On Pressure Testing: set up test rigs, run pneumatic tests, certify high-spec systems.
• Root Cause Problem Solving: investigate NCRs, perform RCA, implement fixes.
• QMS & Compliance Training: receive guidance on ISO-level QMS, calibration logs, audit readiness.
