Job summary

Balfour Beatty Kilpatrick is seeking a Quality Advisor/Engineer to contribute to large-scale engineering construction projects across the UK, including power generation and water infrastructure.

You will develop and review Quality Plans, support delivery teams, use digital tools to monitor performance, and help implement quality strategies across the lifecycle. A UK driving license is required due to local travel.

Qualifications

• Experience in quality roles on major engineering construction projects.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with ISO 9000 terminology and quality management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and review Quality Plans and Inspection & Test Plans, including supplier plans.
• Support delivery teams to achieve quality deliverables and resolve issues.
• Use digital tools to monitor quality performance and progress against targets.
• Align with the Business Management System and support audits.
• Help implement project quality strategies across the full lifecycle.
